360g egg whites. 10g corn starch. 10g psyllium husk. Whip egg whites, add rest, mix carefully, spread on baking paper lined tray. bake 95°C for abt 20.
Makes 3x-4x the amount pictured. Great as pizza base, sandwiches, gyro, depending on thickness you can make these a crispy snack or even tortillas. Obviously as any replacement to the og you need to manage expectations but it's the best one I've found so far for diy and soooo easy to remember. Also accessible ingredients!!! Make it sweet by adding cocoa, sweeteners, flavor drops, pb powder, pulverized freeze dried fruits, ect. Savory garlic bread or BioTech cheesecake flavor drops are a fave personally.
I leave it neutral for variety as it easily lasts 2 days.
