welcome to Maddie’s kitchen are you ready for a simple delicious low-cost meal here we go hi y’all this is Maddie from Maddie’s kitchen and today I’ll be making y’all some corned beef patties and what I’ll be using with my corned beef patties I’ll be using corn so I’ll be using corned beef it’s the main ingredient these play don’t have any uh potatoes in and I’ll be using that and I’ll be using some Dijon mustard uh Worcestershire sauce the brown with peanut oil pepper and paprika and here’s my fresh here’s my bell pepper I never cook with hot bell pepper and here’s just a yellow onion chop but make sure you chop both of these fine and here’s some flour to thicken um one of the thicken the uh corned beef and now you’d be using one egg in my I don’t know where that mentioned this this is my secret ingredients jalapeno pepper okay I took my uh corned beef out of the can this is a good uh piece they don’t have that fat all over you have to shave off so I’m gonna let that little bit of fat on there stay there and when I’ll be doing now I’ll be I’m heating my oil for my over here for my for my hair for the Croquettes that I’m gonna make with this I’m eating it but I’m gonna the first thing I’m gonna do is cut this meat you don’t have to cut it you can break it in uh and a kind of way break it off I’m just gonna cut it a little bit you know I think it might keep doing it you do this the same with as if you were making salmon croquettes you know tuna um uh cook-crats or any of them the same thing so I’m gonna take and put this in here and the first thing I’m gonna do go around is I’m gonna take some onions and go around like I said I use on you I always go around mine that’s how I know when I got enough I take it and I spread it around plus ever on putting it on and then I know I got enough I don’t have too much to go around it okay I got that and the next thing I’m gonna do this is simple honey this will be over with so quick but it’s good and I didn’t want to put no potatoes in mine some people put potatoes in there you know mashed potatoes or they’re uh just a baked a bacon potato one that you bake and they use that I’m not going to use that to me that’s a little too much for myself that’s too much starch and you’re gonna put flour then you’re gonna fry it with a flour too sometimes that’s just too much for me so then the next thing I’m gonna do I’m gonna take uh some Dijon mustard and I’m gonna go all the way across this this is after this make it taste good and this Worcestershire sauce I’m gonna go around here put a little bit of this in here okay that’s enough for that and I’m gonna take this egg I’m gonna beat it up and put that in there how about I put all these ingredients in here one egg for that one can put that in there okay and I’m gonna take my uh salt is optional please don’t if I were you I wouldn’t use no uh no assault right now I taste it first because that’s optional and it’s the beef is all is already uh salty now this is pepper and pepper and I’m gonna put some Paprika in there that’s a little salty too so these are all the things I’ll be using in here oh look at this that looks good already y’all okay I put that down like I say for the dry ingredients I got the Dijon mustard the Worcestershire sauce uh paprika and pepper that’s all I put in that green pepper and onion and one egg and so thank you foreign you don’t have to this is option but it does if you bite into one of these you’re gonna get a tree to be so good I just put a little bit in there just a little bit okay now what I’m gonna do now is I’m gonna mix this together mix this up and that’s going to determine it don’t take much for this recipe don’t overpower just use like I use this little stuff you don’t need that much stuff of it and I don’t even need like I said people put mashed potatoes in there I just want the meat I don’t want all that starch okay I got that messed up and this I’m gonna put a little bit more stuff in there because I got room paprika and I want to give it a good taste put some of that back in there just a little bit yeah and see how mine’s not don’t even need that much starch to hold it together because these are patties and I don’t like when my patties that’s pepper I don’t like for my patterns to be filled with you know a lot of starch and here’s my Dijon mustard I went over with all them one more time might not hurt it but I’m gonna take some of it out anyway sure okay now I’m gonna take and mix this together and this will determine how much how wet this is how much flour and I just want to taste meat not flour not potatoes you know just meat and this is a very like I said this is a cheat meal that you know you can feed your family with just get you can probably get some hash brown I mean corned beef you probably get that for three to four dollars almost any place that’s a little wet so I’m gonna put a little bit more in there you saw how much I did it’s a little bit and one thing about these right here if they’re too wet for you you know what you can do you can always I gotta take these gloves off after that you can always uh cuddle and flour you can you know if you want to I’m gonna try not to do mine okay pull out these gloves and over to flip my hair okay and get ready for these I’m going to take a little bit and sometimes it’s hard to if they hard to uh I might do this if they hard to make form to them just taking a you can rip off diplomena breadcrumbs okay y’all may not be written with you I’m getting ready and the way I cooked it you don’t have to use bread crumb the only thing you used was the uh the flour that I thickened it went up with it and that’s kind of how I’m gonna cut it down and what I’m gonna do is I’m gonna Mash this down and let it cook mess it down and let it cook you don’t even have to shape it your hands don’t get all messy just let it cook and some more like that try to put them in with that can I probably get by four or five that’s how I do it you got an ice cream thing and just mash them down and let them cook kind of slow don’t do it so fast just do a jumping someone will not not be shaped as good as the other ones but and you’re cooking it in peanut oil so you wanted to cook through so you don’t want to make them too big that’s kind of big okay I’m gonna shape them up a little bit and I want to cook them because you want to cook them all the way through you’re going to let them cook probably by four or five four or five minutes on each side and these gonna be some delicious uh hash browns not hash browns corned beef uh patties and low in calories so if you wanna because you see what I put in here and this is peanut oil it’s not that fattening I make sure if you know just a good diet on a diet not that much and they’re good too make you a little hamburger with it I mean a patty cook it with some bread and I’m gonna let this cook I’m gonna get back with you with the brown a little bit sometimes when it’s wet like that it’s a little awkward to pick up but I’m gonna get it okay okay y’all I flipped them don’t they look delicious and let them cook slowly I said I got my stove on Lower it was high because I want to cook all the way through and remember I had fresh vegetables in there too so I want that to kind of cook in there and I want the middle to be uh you know not all the way done but I like I say cut the stove along here’s the Finishing Touch of my corned beef patties I hope you enjoyed this presentation please share this with friends and family and don’t forget to subscribe to Maddie’s Thank you, Miss Mattie, for the privilege of being invited to your kitchen again!
Love corned beef. Never thought of making patties of it before. I make salmon patties the same way!
Look's delicious as usual ❤
OMG …. you make it look so easy to prep and cook. The end result (and the display you presented at the end) makes it worth the effort to make this dish!!
Thank you for this delicious recipe! 😋
Looks really good!
Thank you miss Mattie! That looks delicious. 😊
This is all new to me, never seen a corned beef done like this. Brilliant! This looks to be a WONDERFUL burger… I made notes, as I AM going to make these♥️♥️♥️ Thanks Maddie🙋🏼♀️
That looks delish. I never knew how to make crispy corned beef patties. Going to make these for breakfast soon😊😊😊

I've never heard of these, they look SO good! I shared the video w my sister and she agreed ❤
Okay Ms. Mattie, I have to ask, do you have a recipe for greens that you could demonstrate?
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, Mattie. My grandma used to make these all the time. You’ve taken me straight back to my childhood! Sending love from across the pond 🇬🇧❤❤❤
I will try this tomorrow. I live in a country where the only beef product widely available is corned beef. There is no ground beef, and steaks are only available in the expensive supermarkets, and im not too sure about their quality
Thanks Mattie, I love corn beef and this is different and easy to make. I'm gonna fix this soon for my family.
Hmm, I have never heard of such a thing! I’ve made salmon croquettes for years, but never even knew this was out there. I am gonna have to try this. Thk u so much for sharing ❤
I am going to make this asap, looks so yummy! Thank you for sharing this with us.
Definitely trying these tomorrow thanks mattie🙌🏾
Thanks Matty very helpful❤
This looks incredible. I've been looking for something to use. A couple old cans on perfect!
Ma'am I mean no disrespect but I always have a quiet chuckle when non British people pronounce Worcestershire. Your's was very credible.
These were delicious!! thanks Mattie!
Basically enough for 2 people per can. So to feed a family of 4 you need 2 cans ($8) Or 3 cans ($12) for a family of 6. Not really very cheap anymore 🙁
Miss Mattie, got the kitchen smelling mighty good, and I know it tastes delicious😋. Go on with your bad self…..
Thanks 👍 I didn't want potatoes in mine either!
Thank you for this one
