I heat up the ramen and scoop of peanut butter in the microwave for three minutes, then add the sriracha and chicken seasoning. My arteries probably hate me but I try to eat carrots or fruits on the side.

You should not be eating instant ramen every day that’s incredibly unhealthy.

I’m already depressed, this would send me over the edge. You eat this everyday?

Try throwing a handful of frozen veggies in the water while it cooks. A bulk stir fry bag for $6 will last you a good month.

Add some veggie. Frozen peas are easy. I like a little less broth when I add peanut butter!

I do almost the exact same thing, different hot sauce but I also add an egg. The side dish or dessert is my meds

Where are you located? Is there a Costco nearby? If you know anyone with a membership, you could get a rotisserie chicken for $5 only. They could buy a $5 shop card for you to use. I think it’s usually the cheapest price anywhere. You could shred up the meat and freeze it and add a bit to each ramen bowl. Otherwise, if you know any market selling cheap rotisserie chicken, that would work too.
