Used Budget Byte’s recipes to meal prep 8 of these for my partner and I, with a few tweaks. I doubled the rice per serving, and subbed a smidge of bbq sauce with soy sauce and sriracha because I was low on bbq. I also personally recommend doubling the veggies if you like lots of veggies like we do!
Approx. 616 cals/serving, could easily be less with less rice. I do 2 meals a day and snacks at around 1600/cals (I’m pretty active at work), so I wanted a heavier dinner.

Made 8 of these dinner preps using Budget Bytes’ recipe with a few tweaks. I doubled the rice portion per serving, and used a bit less bbq sauce (had less than I thought) and mixed in soy sauce and sriracha. Next time I plan to double the veggies too, because we like lots of veg with dinner. Delicious and super happy with how it turned out because my boyfriend and I are broke college students trying to be more frugal with our meal planning. So grateful for Budget Bytes. I also count calories so this meal works well for that, roughly 616 cals per serving.
