I wasn't planning to top any of peppers but texas weather decided to it for me. Luckily it looks like a clean cut but I was wondering if there is anything I should do to get it to start regrowing asap

Had some deer top off a few of mine, didn’t do a thing differently (except for installing some deer netting) and they’ve all jumped back. Some were worse than others, silver lining though is that they’ve all come back bushier.
