Decided to try this out to incorporate good amounts of smoke/charcoal flavor. Tried it on some cheap hamburger patties to start. Honestly, very happy with how it turned out 👍🏾

I just retired my Traeger and switched to charcoal. Have been wondering about doing this with my remaining apple and hickory pellets. How many pellets did you put in there? Did you add them after full ignition or at the start?
