i have this thai chili plant that keeps getting taller and taller and i’m not sure if i should move it to a larger pot or not

Thai are one of my favorites cause they grow indoor outdoor well and aren’t all that picky.
But yes I bet its roots are deep to the bottom already. Once they’re past their seed start tray size they’ll go pretty quick, putting them in the solo cups is good for only a couple weeks in my experience, especially if it’s already outside it will like something much bigger (its final pot for the year) or to be in the ground!
