Used a double batch of this recipe https://www.budgetbytes.com/wp-comments-post.php and subbed ground chicken for turkey because it was on sale, and skipped the oil in the peanut sauce and used a bit of water instead. Turned out delicious. Second photo is how I prepped it for lunches. I ended up making 5 servings at approx 616/cals and 40g protein per serving!
