This is a microwave meal that I was able to put together in 5-10 minutes from what was around the house.

-crushed pepper flakes
-parsley
-oregano
-garlic powder
-onion powder
The base is buckwheat breakfast cereal.
I have mixed some roasted carrots I had saved and some frozen shrimp I quickly thawed out with hot water.
