So I went out and bought my first ever grill, decided to try burgers!

6 wagyu beef (front) and 3 bison burgers(back) super excited for how it comes out!

Have to let that charcoal ash over before cooking man.

Hell yeah. Next time let those coals get hotter first and like someone else mentioned Learn to zone the grill. Grilling is a staple in my house. I grill almost every meal every day rain sleet or snow.

Good advice here for you. Just keep grilling and you’ll learn as you go.

Also, if you need a hotter, or longer lasting fire, use lump charcoal instead of briquettes. Royal Oak is pretty good and easily available.
    Enjoy!!

I started not too long ago and it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite hobbies lol. You should totally invest in a chimney coal starter. I was struggling to get my coals lit well and used a lot of fluid. Now all I have to do is fill it, light a couple of tumbleweeds, set it under the coals, and wait til the top starts ashing over. Game changer
