Got a weber kettle 1.5 months ago, first time on charcoal and loving it. Finally took the plunge into brisket! Gotta say I am beyond happy with the results!

    Looks awesome. I recently got a Weber kettle as well. I’ve only done some basic stuff so far as I feel like I’m still just learning the ropes. What was your process like for this? I see a snake with briquettes and some wood chunks for smoke. Can you share any more about how big the brisket was / cook times and temps / etc? I’m excited to try something bigger and it’s cool to see another beginner do something so great!
