I made this chocolate protein pudding for my dessert today and it turned out super yummy so I wanted to share!
The macros pictured & photo show ONE serving.
The recipe below is for TWO servings (I did two servings at a time because I didn’t want to use half a Fairlife shake).
Pudding:
– 1 Fairlife Nutrition Plan Shake
– 14 g sugar free instant pudding (I only had vanilla, would have done chocolate if I had it, but still turned out good!)
Toppings:
– 4 Oreo thins (I crushed 2 cookies on top of each single serving)
– 18 g cool whip (divided between 2 servings)
To make just mix the pudding mix + protein shake in a bowl & refrigerate until you’re ready to eat it! You could probs eat it right away, but I refrigerated cause I don’t vibe with room temp pudding lol.
