Looks good. I’ve had some excellent homemade hot sauces from random Mexican joints around the country (I’ve been to a LOT). It can be surprisingly hot, and surprisingly tasty as well. I’ve only had a few that were really hot, but most of the time it’s equal to El Yucateca red or maybe a little less.
