Almost always the answer is: – watering too often – pH wrong – growing medium / too many nutrients – wrong heat / light / humidity
Make sure those are correct first
Rarely it is related to nutrients. If the above are all OK, you can look at: – where on the leaf is it – where on the plant is it (new growth or old growth) – are there any other effects (curling, drying)
Using those symptoms you can generally narrow it down.
