1. Place the oysters in a colander. 2. Put the oysters in a bowl, add two spoonfuls of salt and gently rub with a spoon. 3. Fill the bowl with water, stir well, and then lift the oysters back into the colander. 4. Put water and oysters in the bowl again, rinse and then drain in the colander.
(Making Seaweed Oyster Soup)
1. In a pot, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, fry them and then lightly fry the oysters. 2. Add 800ml of water and bring to boil, then add the seaweed. 3. Once the soup boils, add 2 tablespoons of soup soy sauce and boil it for a moment before serving.
