The stuff from my local farmer’s market is great. They have one called Phantom Honey Plum Fairy that’s incredibly good sweet heat, but it packs a serious kick if you pour a little too much. The brand is called Glacier’s End, but I looked at their Facebook and it appears to list everything as sold out for online purchases at the moment. As far as common sauce, the Caribbean or black El Yucateco is great on nearly everything. Trader Joe’s always has good sauces, too. Their smoked chile sauce is good, but lacks heat. The flavor is on point, though.

Used to be my goto sauce for everything. It’s fantastic. I just use straight powders now. I have a problem.

Where do you get this? I used to see it locally in FL but not lately.

I use this as a dip for a lot of things. Steak bites, pork chops, wings, etc.
