* Cheese Flavor: Almost non existent * Meltiness: Amazing melt and pull * Overall: ???/10. Tasted like The Lacroix of grilled cheeses. I really tried to taste the cheese but all I got was the essence of milk. Idk what this cheese is used for but if the bread is amazing the cheese provides a great texture.
