I’m not a huge snacker these days so I usually save enough calories for a big dinner. I eat a variation of this meal nearly every night lol. Dreading the day that I’m sick of it, it’s super filling!!

Personally I find that I feel best (in terms of energy levels, mood, satiety, sleep, etc) when my meals are roughly equal in size.

Honestly I kinda prefer a good lunch! I don’t like being too full when I go to bed and usually don’t have much of a breakfast taste

I’m a dinner person too! Most breakfasts I can skip. When I do count calories I love leaving plenty for dinner. It’s something to look forward to and I sleep a lot better if I’m not hungry. I mean breakfast foods are great but breakfast for dinner is even better!

On workdays: medium breakfast, snack sized lunch, small dinner

Off days: no breakfast, then big lunch/dinner combo meal

I do a high volume /low calorie dinner and eat a 230 calorie breakfast bar for my lunch! Today i only had 767 calories and i feel full and satisfied! All my beverages are zero cal. So now i have room for a couple gulps of milk or whatever in the night and i know no matter what im under for the day.
