Gorgeous!!!

Beauty! My *only* complaint is the little plastic cups. A bit of a vibe killer, considering how high end the rest looks. Swap those for acacia, bamboo or ceramic and they’re perfect!

Absolutely stunning! Too pretty to eat lol

Fun business idea! How do you communicate options and prices with your (prospective) clients, since there are a lot of variables that go into one of these? Do you shop for components for each client or have a rolling inventory?

It’s gorgeous! This is just my preference but it’s almost TOO much variety. If I was your client, I would ask for maybe 2-3 fewer items and instead to double up on some of the things I’d like to see more of, like the pretty TJ cookies or another kiwi. Maybe consider showing a board like that (on your website or insta page or however you’re going to market your business) as an option. My friend has a charcuterie business and she has her clients look through her gallery first. Good luck to you!

Too many grapes. Maybe add some blueberries or raspberries instead of all the grapes. In the first board. Also chocolate chips? Chocolate wafers would be better. Again first board, I would have done marcona almonds or pecans instead of walnuts. Still with the first board, I don’t see any dried fruits. Dried apricots are a great addition. Also, only edible items on my platter, sunflower looks nice, but takes up space for nothing.
If you would like I can give constructive criticism on the rest.

Ohh they all look beautiful! I especially love the first one. The only comment I have (and this could just be a personal preference) is the way the cheese is cut and plated on the 3rd slide. The rest of the board looks beautiful but I feel that the cheese could be cut and plated nicer.
Great work, wishing you success on your business!☺️

I have no advice, but those are super beautiful!!!

Beautiful!! Instead of the plastic cups I would use the disposable brown charcuterie cups. They cost $17 for 100 on Amazon.

I learned that if you post this to r/charcuterie, they’ll ban you for not enough meat…..

Awesome!! I’d love for my daughter to get into such a business. How can she start her own business doing this?

They’re all beautiful! The first and last ones look delicious to me (I love fruits, cheese, and nuts, especially pistachios) I want them so bad lol! Best of luck, I hope your business flourishes.
