Double Double Bacon Smash Burger with Fried Egg on Bread Cheese Bun

Ingredients:
· (2) 1/4 lb sections of ground beef, rolled into a ball
· (2) slices of your preferred cheese
· Seasoning (to your preference)
· 1 egg, fried
· 2 strips of bacon, cooked
· 6 oz Bread Cheese, cut into 4″ circles

Instructions:
1. Take each portion of ground beef and shape it into a ball using your hands.
2. Preheat a skillet or griddle over high heat until it’s very hot.
3. Place one balled-up beef patty on the hot cooking surface and immediately use a heavy spatula to smash it down firmly. This creates a thin and crispy crust. Repeat with the other balled-up beef patties.
4. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the patties are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
5. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of your favorite cheese on each patty to melt.
6. While the patties are cooking, fry the bacon in a separate pan until it’s crispy. Set the bacon aside.
7. In the same pan where you cooked the bacon, fry the Bread Cheese circles until they are browned and slightly crispy. This will give your bun a unique and delicious texture.
8. In a separate pan, fry the egg to your desired level of doneness. You can cook it sunny-side-up or over-easy, depending on your preference.
9. To assemble your burger, start by placing one of the Bread Cheese circles on a plate. This will be the bottom bun.
10. Add both of the crispy beef patties with melted cheese on top of the Bread Cheese.
11. Add the cooked bacon strips.
12. Place a fried egg on top of the bacon
13. Finish your Double Double Bacon Smash Burger by topping it with another Bread Cheese circle, creating a unique “bun” for your burger.
14. Feel free to add your favorite seasonings or condiments to taste.
15. Serve your Double Double Bacon Smash Burger with a side of your choice, and enjoy your delicious creation!
