Garlic Cheese Bubble Bread
250g all-purpose flour
1½ tsp instant dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic granules/powder/minced
1 tbsp parsley
125ml (1/2 cup) warm milk
1 egg, beaten.
3 tbsp butter, melted.
1 cup or more grated cheese

Roti Gelembung Keju Bawang Putih
250g (2 cangkir) tepung serbaguna
1½ sdt ragi kering instan
1 sdm gula pasir
1 sdt garam
1 sdt bawang putih granul/bubuk/cincang
1 sdm peterseli
125ml (1/2 cangkir) susu hangat
1 butir telur, kocok.
3 sdm mentega, lelehkan.
1 cangkir atau lebih keju parut

خبز الفقاعات بالجبن والثوم يمكن اختيار الترجمات في الإعدادات 250 جم (2 كوب) دقيق لجميع الأغراض. 1½ ملعقة صغيرة خميرة جافة فورية. 1 ملعقة كبيرة سكر. 1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح. 1 ملعقة صغيرة حبيبات الثوم. 1 ملعقة كبيرة بقدونس. 125 مل (نصف كوب) حليب دافئ. 1 بيضة مخفوقة. 3 ملاعق كبيرة زبدة ذائبة. قلبي حتى يصبح المزيج ناعمًا لمدة 5 دقائق تقريبًا ثم غطيه لمدة 60-90 دقيقة على سطح عمل مرشوش بالدقيق تقطع إلى 24 قطعة وشكلها إلى كرات افرد العجينة واملأها بالجبن المبشور. أستخدم الجبن السويسري. أغلقوا العجين بإحكام وشكلوه مرة أخرى على شكل كرة رتبوا كرات العجين على صينية خبز مع ورق البرشمان ، وامنحوا مسافة بين العجين. غطي المزيج مرة أخرى لمدة 30 دقيقة ، ضعي البيض في الفرن لمدة 25 دقيقة على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية. قد يختلف الفرن. ضع الزبدة المذابة والبقدونس إذا كنت تفضل ذلك.

  1. If you're not in a hurry and want an evenly sized roll, I would weigh the whole dough and divide them so each roll weighs more or less the same

  2. I tried to make this… but unfortunately for 2 cups of flour 1/2 cup of milk is not enough.. to get same consitensy I had to a full cup of milk.. and the bread still turned out hard … 😕

  3. Hi. I'd tried baking yesterday and it was yummy and soft when it's right out from the oven and it's delicious. I was so happy with the successfulness. i also Served This Bread to my Childrens with Some Tulsi Green Tea of Planet Ayurveda and they Loved it So Much..

  4. Ciao! Please tell me what percentage of protein the flour you use has. In Romania we have other types of flour and then i will orient myself to buy depending on the proteins!!

  5. Hey! New here and to baking! I’m not sure if I just didn’t follow directions or what 😅, but mine did not come out good 😔.
    My portion didn’t look nearly as big which I was not able to make 24 balls. Then when I got to the 90mins it was super sticky. Maybe I put too much milk? Then at the end it was not finished in 25 mins of baking. 😢

    I look forward to making it again.

    2 cups of flour and half cup of milk + 1 egg and 3 tbsp of melted butter ?

    My dough is nowhere near the consistency shown in this video.

    It is dry.

    Tips please.

  7. This is beautiful and perfect! Just the right size and texture I am looking for. I already have a 1hr roll recipe. I just need to see how to add the cheese and seal the rolls. However your recipe looks nice too! Delicate and soft with a little bounce. If it isn't longer than 1hr. I just might use your recipe tonight! 🙂
