This is my first time posting here.
I'm proud of myself today. I was feeling really snacky and was tempted to say f it and binge, but the posts in this sub inspired me to make myself a high volume snack instead. I made a bag of popcorn (ate 50 grams so about 2/3 of the bag), drizzled on 15 grams of vegan squeeze butter, and sprinkled on 5 grams of nutritional yeast. The whole thing was 343 calories, took a while to eat, and was so satisfying.
