After my iKamand stopped working I ended up getting a full credit from BBQGuys.com. I bought a FlameBoss from their website and applied the gift card. Their system didn't process the credit and they charged me the full price ($399 + tax). I tried to resolve and ended up having to order a second unit that I would then return against the first order to make it all work out. Well, that didn't' work either but in the end a nice lady there helped me by issuing a full refund on the first purchase and applied the credit properly for the second purchase. This action occurred after the second unit shipped. When it arrived she told me I should just keep it. Not having a need for a second unit I'm happy to share in my bounty.
