Chili oil

Ingredients I used for this recipe

● Neutral oil (grapeseed, canola, or vegetable)

● ¼ cup dried chili flakes (adjust for spice level)

● 8 cloves garlic, minced

● ½ teaspoon salt (optional)

You can drizzle it over noodles, or my favorite, dumplings. Ive shared a full recipe in this post

This is a risk for botulism. You need to do one of two things, raise the acidity to a pH less than 4.6, or pressure can it at a 240-250 degrees for a minimum of 20 minutes to kill the spores. Spores may still survive in whole garlic cloves. You basically created the perfect environment to botulinum to form.
