Sweet Thai chili pork fillet

I’m not a huge broccoli fan (forgot to make my selections this box), but the pan sauce was sooo good! Wish I had cut the pork slices on this one thinner, but one of the ‘fillets’ they sent looked like a chunk cut off of a pork roast, and the other one was more like a thick pork chop. They cooked up fine, but it made browning and slicing it kind of awkward. Remind me to use shallots more! 😍
