Low carb lunch/dinner prep — your choice of: ground beef or turkey, mixed vegetables, seasonings. Here I used one pound of 93/7 ground turkey, mixed vegetables and the last of my mixed carrots & peas. Pretty much just browned the ground beef, tossed in the frozen mixed vegetables and hit them with onion/garlic powder and pepper. If it seems a little dry I throw in soy sauce for extra flavor
