some of tonight’s ingredients we’ll be making chicken parmesan AP flour you can choose not to do flour but it does add a nice crisp to the Chicken Little salt and pepper a little water to smooth it out some bread crumbs tonight I’m using my cast iron you can get a nice sear on it you can also use your stainless steel adding some extra virgin olive oil nice thin chicken cutlet Ty breadcrumbs while those are frying I’m going to start prepping the tray I like to put sauce on the bottom keep it nice and moist plenty of Mel put it in the oven for about 20 minutes at 350 keep an eye on the Chee little pasta side dish you can add some fresh herbs if you have any on hand such as basil of parsley Bon Petit
