Just tried an insane pancake recipe

Convinced this Domestic Gothess is a vegan miracle worker. Second recipe I’ve made of theirs and it’s flawless.

These pancakes are fluffy yet fulfilling and blender does all the work. Perfect texture and taste. Most recipes I find haven’t hit the mark on measurements or don’t include baking soda/powder so are flat/heavy. These are banana pancakes but they also have a recipe for regular ones.
