If for a sandwich or burger or such, no. Super thin and lots of layers.

yes. why bother cutting an onion when you can simply take a bite

As my old boss would say, they’re so thin they’re gonna melt lol. I’m not seriously saying they’re bad though lol

this picture cracks me up. $200 japanese knife, $400 end grain cutting board, and the world’s crappiest mustard lol

I like thickness for the bite. Nice knife

I am not among my people here, but even as a filthy casual, that looks good to me.

    With Duke’s? Yes sir.

That’s ideal thickness for sandwiches and Lox Bagels. It’s a bit too thin for burgers though.

I wanna dip them in soy sauce and eat them raw like that

  10. I’d say yes

You lose that “cool crunch” that I love about raw onion

Why are you cutting onions with Cloud Strife’s Buster Sword?

I think thats way too thin for a sandwich. Part of why I have them on a sandwich is for the nice crunch

So thin I thought that was your demascus design

Duke’s mayo, claussen pickles, beautiful kiritsuke, and onions. This man knows good stuff.
