Any idea what chilli this is? Looks like Serrano but is way spicier.

    That is a serrano 100%. Jalapenos don’t have any heat these days, the big farms have figured out they can grow, grow, heavier fruits that are less spicy and sell more of them 🙂 . Are still fairly hot and that’s why I use them!

    For sure a serrano pepper. It probably just has a higher scoville level than normal for some reason.

    It’s a serrano. They can vary wildly in heat from pepper to pepper, same as a jalapeno.

    Serrano. Some serranos are way hotter than others; just like jalapeños. Every once in a while you’ll get one that’s just unbelievably Blazing hot.

    Looks like serranno. I sometimes eat a couple with a meal. You can get some crazy hot 🔥 one’s now and then.

    Don’t underestimate serranos, sometimes they can rival habaneros on the heat scale it seems like
