Lunch
- Huuuuge salad with carrots, red cabbage, tomatoe and sesame oil/vinegar dressing
- Wild Asparagus (first time I tried this, pretty good!)
- Mashed broccoli
- 0% cheese split on the broccoli and on the side of the asparagus
Snack after lunch
- 0% Faiselle with some strawberries
Dinner
- Grass-fed 15% ground beef with tomatoes, mushrooms, tomato sauce and Konjac tagliatelle
- Zucchini
- Goat cheese on top of pasta and side 🤌
- One whole pink lady apple
- 0% yogurt with raspberry coulis
Very voluminous day, overall pretty good, not felt hungry 🙂
