    I know that many here love to hate on it, but I will always have a soft spot in my heart for OG Tabasco. I love the vinegary, fermented funkiness of it.

    Growing up one of my favorite snacks was saltines on a plate with Tabasco liberally applied. Gotta do it salt side down so you get the most flavor and the sauce leaks out less.
