500g Mascarpone
5 eggs
Sugar (3 big spoons)
Coffee espresso (many 😄)
Savoiardi

Mix the yolks with sugar and mix with machine.
Ad after Mascarpone and mix slowly by hand.

Mix the egg whites (only 3) with machine.
Add the white eggs into the cream, mix slowly by hand.

Put the savoiardi in coffee then place quick in the Tiramisù container.
After you create the first layer add cream.
Repeat
Top it with cream.

I usually use 2 layers only.

Enjoy.

    Hope you ate it today as tiramisù tastes way better 24hrs later from the fridge.

    Next time, If you like alcohol, try it the way most nonnas in Italy do, with a cap or two of Marsala mixed in with the coffee depending on how much coffee and size of tiramisù you are making.
