Technically not SEAfood I know but I wanted to share. Some kinda river fish fried whole and served with plantain two ways and some kinda shredded palm thing in the corner. It was incredible and bursting with flavor, the two sauces made it unforgettable. Got this in Iquitos Peru which is an isolated jungle city on the Amazon river before heading deep into the jungle.
