

My Ukrainian in-laws used to always have these little sandwiches as appetizers. I turned them into meal-size and it's one of my favorite things to eat. Thanks to Oroweat, I can still have these. Super filling lunch at only 12g total carbs.
Spread cream cheese on bread, sprinkle with paprika and dill.
Add one thin slice of deli ham then pile the rest of the ingredients on however you like!
If my onion guy is out there: Yes of course you should add onions.
