
I know this is more of a tea question vs food but in Seoul, we were served iced raisin tea (which I believe is heotgaesu) at a bbq spot and told it’s great for liver health. We really enjoyed the taste of it and would buy the bottles at the convenience stores. Back in Canada now, and I found this – I followed the steeping instructions but didn’t quite taste the same. Any tips on steeping and if I’m using the right type of tea? Thanks so much!
