I had to run a 240v service and that’s it. $220 for the table $375 for the griddle. Had a black stone for 5 years. No contest this thing is king.
I had concerns about heat but there is hardly any heat that spills out and the counter top is granite so it can technically take a little heat anyway.

Not about grilling, but I have the same paper plates as you!

That is sweet! Only problem with that is all your neighbors are going to be posting up to your bar expecting you to cook them hibachi and throw shrimp into their mouths.
