Why is my tomato growing like this ?

It’s a pink tiedye
It was looking good at first…
Then this started happening ? Thought it was normal but you can see the inside with the seeds and I’m worried my tomato plant has a disease 😭

Anyone know what might be causing it ? The whole plant otherwise looks really healthy
