    Looks good but go very lightly like 1/2 teaspoon on the rosemary chopped finer. It can get strong especially when fresh.

    I don’t know if you did but it’s even better when you baste in the end with an olive oil-butter / lemon blend 5 minutes before you’re done. Charcoal makes anything better.
