I followed a cloud pizza recipe. it definitely tastes like eggs and it’s pretty soggy, but it’s still enjoyable! It was around the size of a medium pizza.

    I make cloud bread often. It freezes and re-heats nicely. Once it’s baked or re-heated (via toasting), it seems pretty crisp, but it tends to absorb EVERYTHING you put on it. It’s great for sandwiches! I use it for burgers too, but it can get soggy if you put a lot of stuff on your burger. Tastes pretty good, although my kids hate the egg smell in the house after I make it or re-heat it. LOL
