I'm in zone 7a and these have been taking absolutely forever. Think it's safe to put them in there r final 10 gal grow bags? I also included what they looked like on May 9 fir growth comparison.

They can go to their final pot at this point kinda whenever. They have a few sets of leaves and appear hardened off since they’re outside in both pics
Edit-I will say to do the potting in the evening so it’s not exposed to mid day summer sun on top of possible transplant shock
