The red lid containers hold 2 serves each of chicken and corn soup. [I use this stock recipe](https://www.budgetbytes.com/make-instant-pot-chicken-stock/). 2 tins creamed corn, 4 stalks green onion sliced, 1 chicken breast diced small, 1 tbsp shaoxing wine, 1-2 tsp soy sauce, 3 eggs beaten. Throw everything into the stock and get it simmering in a pot until the chicken is cooked through, and then gently stir as you tip the egg in until that’s cooked too.
Smoothie packs: mix of banana, strawberry, mango, and 1/4 cup of yogurt frozen in a large silicone ice cube tray.
2 sets of 2 chicken breasts pounded thin, dipped in egg and then panko seasoned with s&p and parsely. Will thaw overnight and then air fryer 200c for 20 minutes.
Chicken wings cut from whole into flats and drums, the wing tips I used for the chicken stock earlier. These cook from frozen in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 200c. I like to put sauce on them after they’ve cooked so they’re extra crispy on the outside.
Snack pods are just sliced extra carrot and celery I had from the stock, plus cucumber and cherry tomatoes and hummus. Might throw in a boiled egg later.

Boneless skin-on chicken thighs frozen in pairs to be defrosted overnight and cooked in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 195c:

Honey soy (I just tipped some marinade from a bottle in my fridge on this one).

[Zucchini slice](https://www.taste.com.au/recipes/zucchini-slice/eb7eed59-5f53-4f6f-bfb5-9b7e3f81a702), I added a can of corn and a grated carrot to this recipe, if you’re adding more wet ingredients you need to be super careful about moisture so I also squeezed the grated zucchini in cheesecloth. Freezes great.

In the jars and some of the containers on the right [is this quinoa salad](https://wellnessbykay.com/jennifer-aniston-quinoa-salad/#tasty-recipes-17534-jump-target). I used sunflower seeds instead of pistachios and goat cheese instead of feta since that’s what I had.
The other salad in containers is [this roast veg couscous salad](https://www.budgetbytes.com/roasted-vegetable-couscous-meal-prep/) that goes great on its own, with chickpeas, or I might serve it with the chicken thighs.
In the other jars is caramel apple yogurt. Caramel sauce, yogurt, [apple muesli](https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/184937/arnold-s-farm-granola-pink-lady-apple-cinnamon) on top.
