today I’m cooking French Potato omelette peel and cut potato in small rice size beat three eggs with salt paper and dry parle in a pan add butter potato salt and pepper and cook potato until become soft on medium low heat add egg mixture over potato when eggs are set start folding carefully and switch out the flame apply butter on top and enjoy
