Yeah I have a countertop convection oven which is basically a fancy toaster oven.
I don’t even preheat it. I just set it and toss the bread in. It’s 100x better than my oven. I have baked multiple three tier wedding cakes in it as well as it fits a 12 inch pan perfectly. Just takes a little more time for all those layers.
Probably my single most used appliance. More than the microwave.
