Here is my meal prep for the week!
3oz Beef Chuck Steak = 180 cal
68oz Frozen Sweet Potato (seasoned with sugar free maple syrup + brown sugar truvia) = 130 cal
74g Roasted Potato (plus optional sugar free ketchup which is 5 cal/tbsp) = 55 cal
1 grilled bell pepper + 1/2 onion split into four servings = I didn’t count this bc it’s sooo low but I rounded up the total cal for this meal from 373 per meal to 380 per meal (:
so delicious! could definitely do without the sweet potatos and it’d only be 250 per meal but I was craving them so bad 😭
