  • One skyr yogurt and one salted caramel mousse

  • One nectarine

Lunch

  • Asparagus, broccoli and zucchini

  • Sauerkraut

  • Potatoes with ricotta cheese on top

Snack after lunch

  • One whole apple and some walnuts

  • Stracciatella skyr

Dinner

  • Same as lunch, broccoli, zucchini, sauerkraut and potatoes with ricotta cheese on top

  • Goat cheese and pickles

  • A nice miso soup 🙂

  • Plain skyr mixed with straciatella skyr

Good day overall, but note to myself: that breakfast left me hungry, too much sugar? 🤔
