    If you want you could instead of cooking with the slow roller cook with the heat deflectors get another set of grill grates. To cook something on the mid or bottom rack as well as the top and extender.

    Same boat. I justify it by keeping the KJ under the covered porch and the BJ by the pool cabana. The grill needs to be close to the company when you entertain.
