What’s up guys it is FRIDAY! So it’s time for a fun little recipe. One of the appetizers I love more than anything else is Potato Skins. When ever we go somewhere like Buffalo Wild Wings or something like that, I will ALWAYS grab them as an app. So when I started cooking I perfected my own version of the skins. That wasn’t good enough for me though lol I had to play with the wings and keep making new types. I mean come on there are so many things that go so well with an awesome fried potato skin. Today I am doing on of those recipes. I am making some Chicken Bacon Ranch Potato Skins! This is an amazing little twist on a classic app. If you have watched any of my videos I love saying hey take that get together up a notch…. weellllll lol yup this will take things up a natch when you put them out either at your get together or just as an awesome little treat. So go ahead guys make this one, give it a try and let me know how much you like it lol.

what’s up guys Choni Rican here and today i’m gonna be making more potato skins you guys know i love these things I love making different kinds of them so this time around I’m gonna be making some chicken bacon ranch potato skins and you know exactly what these are right yeah these are awesome so let’s just go and get started and jump right into this one [Music] now while totally awesome this recipe is pretty simple start by baking those potatoes I went ahead set my oven to 375 degrees wrap those potatoes in tin foil and pop them in for about an hour now while those were cooking I went and I fried up my bacon now this takes bacon crumbles so you can fry it up and crumble it afterwards I find it easier to chop your bacon first and fried it already chopped now that that’s done what I’m gonna do is in that same bacon grease I’m gonna go ahead and season my chicken tenders with some ranch seasoning then how to cook them up so they’re cooked all the way through and then chopped oh and we’ll be ready to move on [Music] [Music] [Applause] now that our potatoes are done in the oven and I’m done frying up that bacon cooking up like chicken we’re ready to move on what I do is I’m gonna take those warm potatoes and want to cut them in half I’m gonna go ahead and scoop out all the insides now if you like a nice crispy potato you’ll make them thinner and scoop out more if you like it a little softer scoop out less now after I do that with all my potatoes I’m gonna drop them in some oil in frying at 350 degrees now if you’re gonna fry them you want to make sure your oil is nice and hot you want to actually fry not soak in that oil a lot of recipes just skip the frying portion and go to dropping least rate in the oven personally I like frying them because I like that bit of Christmas crisp miss on the outsides [Music] and with the frying of those potatoes were almost done now I’ve got my oven at 350 degrees I’m gonna take those potato skins that I’ve got here I’m gonna put my chicken in them all [Music] [Applause] top that with some shredded mozzarella cheese [Music] a little bit of ranch dressing and my crumbled bacon then we’ll go ahead and pop this in the oven for about 15 minutes to that cheese to get nice and melted with that little time in the oven these are done now I just take a look at how these came out they look amazing now when I sprinkled a little bit of diced green onion on there just because I like that pop of color and let’s be honest a little green onion flavor is great on potato skins but better than looking great what are we gonna do well we’re just gonna grab one of these and we’re gonna dig right in these are incredible it’s an awesome little potato skin variation you guys will love so go ahead like share comment on the video down below if you need complete step-by-step printable instructions go to average guy gourmet com give this one a try subscribe to my channel and we’ll see you guys next time [Music] [Music]
