Someone posted earlier in the week reminding people that universal pizza oven inserts exist for pellet grills and I want to continue that train. I was hosting some people and made 12 personal pizzas tonight on mine, average cook time is 3 minutes. Inside the oven hit 925+
Here are some pics of the setup, and unfortunately once I started cooking it all happens so quickly that I only got a snap of one of the pizzas
This is the Stanbroil pizza oven. It has an insert pipe that goes in the fire box to direct 100% of the heat into the pizza oven. Also has adjustable feet for a perfect fit front to back. These are intended to use raw/fresh dough, not the precooked pizza crusts.

We’ve used the Green Mountain Grills one in our Pit Boss and it is awesome!
