So, I’m not sure where this is gonna land for my fellow onions enjoyers, but since I was a child (5yo+) green onions have been one of my favorite snacks, but I prefer to just trim them up a bit and then just dip them in seasoned salt… it started with just regular table salt, but that evolved into McCormack seasoned salt, and now that I am old and more seasoned (see what I did there???) And have 17 or so years working in kitchens I tent to mix up my own flaky salt and seasoning mixes… as a matter of fact, I think I’m gonna go finish my last few now… lol…
